Made appointment to have trans cooling bypass valve replaced, arrived for appointment told it would be about an hour. Over an hour later Dominic comes out and tells me that they don’t have the part eve replaced, arrived for appointment told it would be about an hour. Over an hour later Dominic comes out and tells me that they don’t have the part even though they supposedly had part on hold for my appointment. Then he tells me it’s back ordered, he could order an assembly and remove the part and return the rest. He would call me the following week. Still haven’t heard from him weeks later. I have called and left unreturned messages. I called another dealer and they have the part in stock. More

Service was good and timely for oil change and GM check up, but had requested tire pressures be adjusted to same as one is still at 41 lbs others 34/35 so was not done. I came back to have my car serviced at this dealership, although I originally bought it somewhere else. The service department at this dealership is courteous, listens to your concerns, keeps you well-info although I originally bought it somewhere else. The service department at this dealership is courteous, listens to your concerns, keeps you well-informed on the status of your car, and lets you know whether something is a current problem that needs to be addressed or just something to watch.
