Very disappointed-am originally from Ohio but live out of State. I have a car there for my son in college. It took over 2 hours for the oil change and tire rotation. Only when my fiancé noticed the car parke State. I have a car there for my son in college. It took over 2 hours for the oil change and tire rotation. Only when my fiancé noticed the car parked in the lot were we able to get checked out. Disappointed as this car will be there in Ohio for the next 4 years and would have liked us to be just as big of a priority as the other local customers. More
