No Pressure sales When I first got to the lot I was already expecting to get bombarded with sales people ready to tell me what I wanted to hear. I was able to walk the lot and Nancy came out to assist me. I told her what I was looking for and what I didn't want. She found me my perfect car. The process from start to finish was very easy. The talked to me and explained things through all along. She was a great sales person and I could tell she really wanted to get me what I wanted and not just a sale. This is my second car I've gotten from them and will be coming back. Also Tom in finance was great and made the final steps very quick and easy. Thank you. More

Lease 2018 equinox I messaged Steve Donet that I was going to be looking for a new lease soon. I have been looking around at all makes and models of SUV as prices go up over the yrs. I was getting my oil change tire rotation on my Edge and walked in to ask bout new lease. All discounts later, no money and less in suv, my lease would go up on several diff SUVs approx $30-50month! I said ok not today. As Steve was messaging me info on equinox. I never drove or seen to be honest since I'm a Ford. He said come up and see things. My daughter and I went in and Steve introduced us to Zack. He showed us car, took for test drive, explained all the features step by step which to me was best. I'm not tech savvy person and he didn't seem to be bothered by all my questions! Very polite! I got price and left hr later for appt my son had. Talked to hubby and went back up later to sign, turn in my car, no money at all and walked out paying $30 less them my edge or $60-80off new Ford leases I was told. I went in not planning to trade that same day, I've never did a car in same day. But some specials were ending that day so I chose too. It took us under 2hrs and Zack walked me around to show me everything and met service dept, I forgot his name but he also was helpful and explained a lot to me I've never had at Ford. I have no bad words on anyone I met this week! No one ever pressured me, they asked if I liked all colors, materials, features ect. I def would recommend spitzer. More
