My husband and I had an overall great experience at Spitzer. I would just like to say that this was my first time buying a car, and I'm so glad we chose Spitzer. As soon as we arrived Dave came up to greet us an I would just like to say that this was my first time buying a car, and I'm so glad we chose Spitzer. As soon as we arrived Dave came up to greet us and was very friendly. I was so nervous, but he didn't make me feel intimidated at all especially when we went on a test drive and him and my husband started cracking jokes. He really made it feel like he wasn't just trying to sell us a car, like he truly did care and I think that's a big part of what made the experience so great! I would absolutely recommend any one of my friends or family to buy from them, in fact I already have! I had previously owned a 2010 Chevy Equinox that I had bought used several years ago which I really enjoyed driving. This time I wanted to get into a brand new car, so I test drove the Trax, thinking that was all that I could swing financially. I didn't really think that the Trax was the car for me, so I thought that I would have to buy another used Equinox that already had considerable mileage since that is the type of car that I really wanted. Scott went over different financing options if I were to buy a brand new Equinox, and I found that I would be able to afford the car that I really wanted to drive. He made sure I was able to find one with the exact features and even the color that I was hoping to find. I am now enjoying my new Equinox thanks to Scott, and I would highly recommend him if I knew anyone who was in the market for a new car. More
