Laura would flat out spew out xx before you finished your sentence. Treated you like you're dumb. Got me the best interest rate with my over 800 credit score which I promptly refinanced for 1-1/2% less and sentence. Treated you like you're dumb. Was told they make nothing on financing and if true why not get me the best interest rate which I easily did 2 months later? Emailed Chris Jung with some immediate concerns and questions and he couldn't even call me or email me back. Matt in sales was good, GM and Laura in financing run from. Not sure where her actual ratings are but I'd bet they're not favorable. More

Drew a sales associate was extremely helpful trying to find us what we needed and wanted. Dan wise the sales manager however was passive aggressive with belittling comments. We’ve bought many cars and s find us what we needed and wanted. Dan wise the sales manager however was passive aggressive with belittling comments. We’ve bought many cars and sometimes do not come to an agreement, fine. But I don’t need to hear your attitude dripping with sarcasm. Can you stand up and make those comments? We were leaving as soon as Dan entered the conversation. He continued to make sarcastic comments and reprimand an employee in front of customers. Sadly, this is the culture of many dealerships where the sales employees go above and beyond and sales managers sit behind a desk with xxxx poor attitudes and it shows how miserable they are. Get a different job Dan. More
