I had a pleasant sales experience a year ago when I purchased my used vehicle, they all seemed to be attentive when I was willing to spend thousands of dollare. After one year and extended warranty is purchased my used vehicle, they all seemed to be attentive when I was willing to spend thousands of dollare. After one year and extended warranty issues I decided to visit the dealer again in an attempt to resolve the issues. Once again, while I was present, they were very attentive and appeared to "want to resolve the issue" but then after 3 hours of waiting, I had to leave and my issues appear to be "out of sight, out of mind". I had to make several return phone calls just to get what I was asking for and promised while I was in the showroom. This has been an eye opening experience and I will never be a repeat customer for any Spitzer dealership. This one experience has ruined my taste for the whole spitzer family unfortunately. More

i was very unhappy with the service and the quality of the 2012 chevy camaro.after having it only two day and the service engine light came on and the mass airflow sencer was out and now it has developed the 2012 chevy camaro.after having it only two day and the service engine light came on and the mass airflow sencer was out and now it has developed a clunking sound from the transmisson or rear end.the dealer heard it and had me bring it in for service and they cant find the problem so they told gm that the car was fine and that i should turn up the radio so i dont hear it.needless to say i will not buy another car from spitzer or another chevy/gm product again.not to mention i bought 2 new cars in 2 weeks from spitzer2012 cruze and 2012 camaro,i think i am a ford fan now and i have never owned one.i think they wont mind my bussiness More

My car buying experience at Spitzer Chevrolet North Canton was excellent. I was a first time car buyer and was unsure of what to expect. Both employees, Kimberly and Ted, took their time with me and ex Canton was excellent. I was a first time car buyer and was unsure of what to expect. Both employees, Kimberly and Ted, took their time with me and explained everything. Kimberly kept in close contact with me after I initial looked at the car. I really appreciated the time she took to do that. I feel that I ended up with a great car at a fantastic price. I will be recommending this dealership to my friends and family in the future! I was not ready to buy and was just looking at the time and his patience with me was very much appreciated (no high pressure sales here). He is very friendly and courteous to my family (the kids love going thru the car wash with him and the popcorn). My overall experience with Spitzer Chevrolet/North Canton has been good. Since I purchased my ImpalaSS in 2007, Spitzer's sales staff has always been very friendly and taken the extra step to thoroughly ans has been good. Since I purchased my ImpalaSS in 2007, Spitzer's sales staff has always been very friendly and taken the extra step to thoroughly answer my questions and assist in communicating service matters to an understandable level to its Service Department. Dave Miller is certainly a great asset to Spitzer's staff--he is always very amicable and very professional. Spitzer's Service Dept. has improved tremendously since my 2007 purchase and continues to improve--upon each scheduled maintenance appointment, Service staff communicates a complete explanation of services rendered and suggests issues which may be required soon. Great Job, Kevin!! More
