Being able to set up my service appointment online was very convenient. Iwas greeted by Michelle Yant when I got there and could not have been happier with her courtesy and professionalism. I was there because the latch had broken on my trunk and I told them that I had the extended warranty wish I did not know what company and found out that it was with Ford so I had to call the dealer that I I told them that I had the extended warranty wish I did not know what company and found out that it was with Ford so I had to call the dealer that I brought it from which was Liberty and my salesperson got the information that I needed I arrived at 8:00 and it was around 10:30 when Ryan KOPP came and told me that he would be taking care of my car and that it was going to take at least 45 minutes to get through to the warranty company and he would keep trying until he got through and he would come back periodically to give me a progress because they still didn't know if it was going to be covered under warranty after a couple hours he came and told me that I could still have the car fixed so I wouldn't have to wait and I okayed it because with or without the warranty the work had to be done and I appreciated him thinking of me not having to stay there any longer and between 2:30 and 3:00 he came and told me that he got through to them and it was covered under warranty minus the deductible he was very nice and helpful he apologized all day for the delay which was not his fault and I really appreciate everything he did he deserves a raise or what he had to go through all day if I return to spitzer which I have been dealing with since 1985 and I hope I don't have to come back soon for repair maybe just oil change and regular check up I hope to have help me again he was very personable and very patient and kind More

We found ourselves far from home with an issue that could turn bad. Luckily we were able to reach out to Spitzer Chevrolet made contact w Tyler who schedule an appt. Upon arrival Ryan Kopp met with us gave u turn bad. Luckily we were able to reach out to Spitzer Chevrolet made contact w Tyler who schedule an appt. Upon arrival Ryan Kopp met with us gave us a diagnosis of the problem. We waited a day to have all confirmed a few phone calls for approve the work and we were on the road again. It was great news to find out the work was covered under our extended warranty. We are usually in the Canton area once a year it’s good to know we have a reliable dealer if ever needed again. More
