I was coming back from a trip when my check engine light on and stopped at the dealership since I was nearby. It was an two hours or so before closing, but I decided to go in anyway. I stood there for a few minutes. The guy at the front service desk didn't seem to want to help me, but James came right up to me and asked what my issue was. He quickly got it checked out, informed me of all of my options and was sympathetic to my situation.
