Alec immediately tried to sell an alignment and was very defensive. He also repeatedly told me that I didn't have any VIP points at checkout, when I knew that I did. I had to call the North Canton store where I purchased the vehicle, and they confirmed my login information and points. I was able to log into the app and show him my points, but he still could not find them. Turns out they were in the system, he just did not know how to use the system properly. Thankfully, there was another service person still there, and she explained to him how to use the system. It took me at least an extra half hour to get this straightened out, so I could pay and leave. I am thankful for Matt at the North Canton store for helping me, and the lady in Northfield (Emmanuela?) that showed him how to use the system properly. I'm not sure if I will go back to Northfield, but if I do, I will at least know how the system works. More
