My wife and I had our only mode of transportation start having mechanical problems. The vehicle was 20 years old and it was time for a new vehicle. My wife and I had only fair credit and were afraid we would not be able to afford a new car and would have to get a used one. The sales team at Spitzer Ford Hartville, got me and my wife a great interest rate and we were able to afford a NEW Car instead, and still stay in our budget. They made the Impossible, POSSIBLE. There was no pressure, and it felt more like a family or friend helping us than someone we just met. Would highly recommend Sales Associates Patrick and Carmin, as well as Don and Dan on the Management Team at Spitzer Ford Hartville. While my wife and I have owned 6 Ford Vehicles that we had purchased at other dealerships in the past, Spitzer Ford Hartville was by far was easiest, fairest, most transparent process and enjoyable experience.
