Sierra, works with me to get our two Fords serviced in a timely manner. She keeps me updated if the mechanic runs into a problem that will extend the estimated time to repair originally provided. She always asks if I need a ride home with their courtesy driver. Often, I walk to the nearby Starbucks while my vehicle is being serviced and she is fine with the time it takes me to walk back. I would never keep her or any of the other service reps after hours if that meant walking back from Starbucks or Hartville. More

Very happy with purchase, however their tech who details vehicles for delivery needs to pay attention to details.
