So I started the same old dreading to buy a car because of these HUNGRY salesmen that you have to deal with and it was the same old crap,, I wanna sell you a car and this is the car for you,blah blah ya know ? AND THEN I contacted this dealer in Hartville that I had dealt with in years past in Macadonia, very bad taste after that one but the girls seemed nice and willing to work with me. After they called me a few times I was actually at ease and thought "ya know, this is gonna work " SO long story short - Carmin Citraro is probably the girl ya wanna see, BEST car buying experience Ive ever had, that girl did all she could , even on her own time to help me out cause she seen the OTHER PLACES had left me with an attitude. If would have to do it again I would deffinately go to Spitzer,, I cant believe I'm saying that either but it is true. Good people out there in Hartville More

From the minute we arrived, everyone greeted us and were so friendly. Our sales person was Alyssa Canfield and she could not have done a better job! She knew what she was doing and got us in for a test drive and then got all paperwork started for our trade in. We were very pleased with how quickly this buying experience went. There is alot of paperwork associated with financing a car - but Mike Shaheen did a great job getting us through everything in a very timely manner. Our car was missing one floor matt - Alyssa promised to find it and send it to us. She followed through and sent us two new weather tech floor matts. We would go to this dealership again - we feel we got a fair price and excellent service. More

Nick Almazan was our salesman and for only being in the business for a month, he did a nice job. We were a little disappointed that the online description of the car stated that it had some features but when we looked at the car the features were not on the car. That wasn't a deal breaker, but feel they need to be sure the online descriptions are accurate. Overall, I feel we got a good car at a fair price. More
