I found a car of interest online and contacted the dealership. Andy Zeman was assigned to me. I wrestled with the decision whether or not to purchase the vehicle. During that week Andy listened, answered my questions, sought assistance to my concerns, and never pressured me nor gave me pat answers to influence my decision. I felt connected to him, felt he had my best interest at heart, and appreciated his attentive yet non-pressure demeanor. He allowed the car and my situation to dictate the deal. I walked away with a new vehicle, and a new friend. I wish him much success as he builds his career, and will certainly recommend him to my friends and family. More

Drove over 100 miles to buy at Spitzer Hartville, Ohio When I am in the market to buy a car, I start the process on the phone to see how I am treated. Everyone who I talked with was cordial, caring and honest. I then started the buying process and planned our 100 mile drive to the dealership. As expected, the General Manager, the Finance Manager, the receptionist, the service people, other sales people and our sales person, Jason Anderson treated us with respect and courtesy. As a senior citizen who has purchased many cars throughout my life, this dealership and staff ranks at the top of my list. Will I return again? Will I recommend Spitzer Hartville to others? Experience in the service department I had a problem with my car. I went to the service department where they took the car to diagnose the problem. I thought I would have to come back ano I had a problem with my car. I went to the service department where they took the car to diagnose the problem. I thought I would have to come back another day to have the work done. They came out after finding out what was wrong, told me they had the part and could do the work immediately. I was in and out in less than two hours and did not have to go back another day to have the work done. Great experience More
