Jacqueline Bernald and another young lady let me come in on a Saturday. There was a vibration in the front end of my 2011 Kia Soul. They checked the tires and the alignment. While we were waiting to use the machine to check the alignment, the one young lady took some cleaner and removed some paint I had gotten on my car years ago. She did it just because, she saw it and took the initiative and cleaned it. I was very impressed. When we found the alignment off, we made an appointment. I brought the car back on Tuesday, and in an hour, it was aligned, and I was back on the road, no vibration. Spitzer has a great team at Brook Park. Thank you ladies!
