It had nearly 100,000 miles on it but I only wanted to trade it in if I found the perfect match I came in with a 2012 Kia Sorento that I really loved. It had nearly 100,000 miles on it but I only wanted to trade it in if I found the perfect match. Mercedes, of Spitzer Kia, greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. I was alone and as a woman, I feel like people try to take advantage of the fact I may not know cars very well or know how to make a deal. Mercedes was honest, she worked with me and I felt comfortable that she wasn't trying to get me to just buy a car, she actually cared. We worked together for a couple of days and ultimately, I ended up getting the exact car that I wanted. It was a great experience and I love my new ride!! More
