I am disabled and really needed a brand new vehicle immediately that very same day I went to Spitzer Kia this last Saturday morning in Brookpark rd/State Rd in Parma. As you know doing that is definite immediately that very same day I went to Spitzer Kia this last Saturday morning in Brookpark rd/State Rd in Parma. As you know doing that is definitely not an easy thing to achieve so smoothly right now at this very critical moment in time here in the US and around the world with shortages, the economy and what have you. But Thank God this dealer still exists and so close to me because they make it happen. People you can trust to go the extra mile for you and your business to help you get what you want and what you need. No pressure to just sell anything and rush you out. The opposite. They take their time to explain and answer every questions and concerns you might have and give you ample options to choose from based on your situation. I really want to personally thank Mr. Mate for being so helpful throughout the whole process and making it a very smooth enjoyable process. Mate is very knowledgeable about all their vehicles and very professional, there was no question he didn’t know an answer to and trust me, I asked him a thousand and a half questions that day. From the manager all the way up to the whole team they make you feel welcome and truly value you as a customer and you can feel it. This is the second brand new vehicle I buy from them in my lifetime and will definitely return next time. If your looking for a good used vehicle or praying to find that brand new unicorn waiting for you in the lot in the middle of all this, chances are you will find it here. I did.
