Took my car in to Jacqueline for a tire change and they kept my car for a whole week. I wondered why it took so long until I got my car back and realized they damaged it. Have been making attempts for 2 we kept my car for a whole week. I wondered why it took so long until I got my car back and realized they damaged it. Have been making attempts for 2 weeks to get a comment from the general manager (who I know personally) and they still won’t reach out to me. Very disappointing because I bought my car here and trusted the service department to repair my car - not damage it. Horrible customer service from Jackie who had nothing but attitude the whole time my car was in shop and Kim who has been “too busy” to talk to me. More

I contacted them about a vehicle availability and no one responded for over five days. In the world of cars sales where they can be sold quickly I just thought they didn’t care. I did finally hear from someone who said they were off. However they should’ve had someone looking at the contacts while they were away. I guess they just don’t want our business that bad, too many other dealerships to go to. This is not the first dealership that hasn’t responded on cars.com either. More
