The holiday spirit and magic came together when I was able to trade-in my prev Spitzer purchased Kia for a brand new one. Meeting George was the highlight of my week. My experience definitely had up’s and downs. To begin, I came to have a new mirror ordered for my car and was told it would be 3-4 weeks. I waited a month and called to find out the part had not been ordere came to have a new mirror ordered for my car and was told it would be 3-4 weeks. I waited a month and called to find out the part had not been ordered yet. I was once again told 3-4 weeks and waited a month and a half. I called again to find the part was ready and that they had just not called to let me know the part was ready, like they said they would. I then made an appointment to come in to have the mirror replaced. Upon arriving for my appointment I was told that the appointment wasn’t in the system. Obviously, upon hearing this I was a little upset; however Eddie was phenomenal and after hearing everything I had went through he was able to get me in to have my mirror replaced in a timely manner and was so kind and considerate. He made what could have been a terrible experience a great one. Thank you again Eddie for being so understanding! More
