I stopped at other dealerships to look for my KIA K5 but after wasting my precious time & hearing ridiculous stories of scarcity of vehicles & asked to pay "scarcity fee" of $5,000.00 , I fortunately found after wasting my precious time & hearing ridiculous stories of scarcity of vehicles & asked to pay "scarcity fee" of $5,000.00 , I fortunately found my way to Spitzer KIA Cleveland. I had to pleasure to meet and do business with a pleasant and honest young salesperson by the name of Michael Rosado. Initially, we butted heads to close the deal, but in the end, Mike presented my offer to his manager and I was able to get a deal with a discount from the sticker price. Spitzer was the only dealership to consider giving me a discount when no other dealership did. Thanks to Mike's persistence in calling me back to return to the dealership I returned and got my deal. Mike gets my vote for his interest in his customers and desire to care for them. Thanks Mike Rosado, glad we met. Found!! My Diamond in the rough. More

Kia Spitzer on State Rd knows how to take care of their customers. I am in my 3rd Kia. I absolutely love my 15 Optima. Today I went in for my first oil change. Everyone was great.
