I had to pleasure to meet and do business with a pleasant and honest young salesperson by the name of Michael Rosado. Initially, we butted heads to close the deal, but in the end, Mike presented my offer to his manager and I was able to get a deal with a discount from the sticker price. Spitzer was the only dealership to consider giving me a discount when no other dealership did. Thanks to Mike's persistence in calling me back to return to the dealership I returned and got my deal.
