The car was taken in for a diagnostic. Not at all helpful. Was treated disrespectfully when I explained that I wanted the diagnosis in writing on paper. I asked them to check recall information and this only added to her frustration as she explained to me her work day ended at 6:00 p.m. I spent $1 80 and was not given information that was very helpful. On top of that I was charged to 3% credit card fee. Very cheap. No one else I know at a dealer, walmart, autozone, charges a credit card fee. More
