I took time off of work to get your tires and it turns out they double booked and didn’t call me until I was already on my way. This isn’t the first time this has happened and the guy who called me wasn’t out they double booked and didn’t call me until I was already on my way. He had excellent service then it’s really went downhill since she’s no longer there. More

Very poor customer service. Waited 3+ weeks to get a warranty approval which resulted in work not being done when originally scheduled. Left several messages with Service Manage Waited 3+ weeks to get a warranty approval which resulted in work not being done when originally scheduled. Left several messages with Service Manager and never received a single call back. Left messages with General Manager and again not a single callback. Sad thing is, I'm looking to buy another new one and would like to buy local but this experience soured me on Spitzer Motors. More
