This was the first time I have ever entertained leasing a vehicle, and I made a point to tell Doug exactly where I stood on the situation, noting that if the numbers do not work out, that I am simply not going to move forward. He understood and was not at all pushy about anything. Staying super polite, friendly, and helpful, Doug made it easy to work through the new car process. Working through the numbers, was very straight forward. Never once did they ask for additional money towards the down payment. My trade value was all that was needed.
