I desperately needed the car and did not remember that a key could be extracted from the fob to manually open the driver side door. When I telephoned Spitzer Toyota, Bob and Don? came to visit and fixed the problem personally. This was an unexpected delight, as I had many errands to run before December 31st for a party I was hosting. More

Bought a used 2005 Dodge Ram truck from this dealer. Vehicle came with a standard 30 day warranty. 5 days into owning the truck the water pump failed and stranded me 90 miles from the dealership. Cont Vehicle came with a standard 30 day warranty. 5 days into owning the truck the water pump failed and stranded me 90 miles from the dealership. Contacted the service manager who told me to send him the receipt for the repair and they would honor the warranty...a mere $221.00 which was done by an authorized cummins service garage. Receipt was scanned and emailed to the service manager. Several follow up phone calls and emails....none of which were ever returned or answered. Was a great buying experience with the sales department but once that experienced was ruined by the service within a week of the sale. More
I purchased a used camry from spitzer and was treated with the same professionalism as if it was a new vehichle, from salesman . When a problem did arise it was taken care of as soon as it could by the s with the same professionalism as if it was a new vehichle, from salesman . Went in to trade my 065 Rav for a new one. they gave me a terrible trade in value and nothing off the new Rav. I went to Honda and got the crv for 500 under invice and 4<000.00 mor for my trade in. Customer service is excellent if you call them. It's hit or miss emailing. Quality of work is just fine but my car came back unwashed. They're very friendly. I found my car online on the cars.com website and their description of the vehicle was very accurate and the price was fair. I always receive my vehicles back in a timely fashion as promised. This department is ran in a very professional and curtious manner. I would highly recommend this dealership to my family and friends. The dealership is always clean and attractive to visit. Mr. Killmeyer, Nestor and Dubyak are all top notch representatives and you should be proud to have them employed by you. Mr. Killmeyer tried to always say hello to his customers when he is not too busy. More
