Everyone I spoke with was incredibly forthright, knowledgeable, and helpful; they were customer-oriented and seeking to get me what was need service! From the first person who answered the phone, to the service receptionist, to the service coordinator Charles Carter, they were all very attentive and kind. Charles Carter got the needed work done quickly and also had a thorough exam done of other related things, then sent me a short video showing it all with explanations. He was great! I've usually gone to a small service place near my house, but from now on, I think I'm going to make the extra drive to go to Spitzer! Fantastic! More
