Deana Hicks is the main reason I stay with Spitzer Toyota Service Department. She has always been so knowledgeable and helpful and most importantly polite. I had to take my Highlander in because the back gate would not open. Had to replace both left and right hydraulic arms to the tune of $1600 (which I was not happy with AT ALL) because we did purchase a would not open.
