He is very professional and courteous and one of the most well educated car sales person I have ever met. Sean kept me informed at least monthly until VW recently released the TDI's for sale. He also sent me a hand written thank you letter and a holiday card. Unfortunately the offer from Volkswagen was not discounted as much is I was willing to pay and Sean refunded my two TDI holding down payments. It was a pleasure working with Sean and I would highly recommend him. THANKS SEAN! More
