Richard started to look at the Tucson on the showroom floor and we were greeted by salesmen who were accommodating and professional. We talked to them about the fact that there is no Hyundai dealership in the Lewis-Clark valley so we had to come to Spokane for warranty work. We were told by Jared that if we bought a new Tucson, for the next 5 years we would be able to call if we needed warranty work, and he would send someone down to exchange a loaner car for ours and get it fixed and return it. That alone sold my husband on the idea of a new Tucson. We needed a SUV because we need to sit up higher and for his long legs to be comfortable. Needless to say, we left with a new Tucson! And we love it! More
