Terrific Tucson Financing Troubling The salesman, Grant, gave information and test drives spotlessly. Then came Leif and the hours of negation began. He really didn't listen to us. Hours going to the manager and back to us were wrong. Leif told me to forget the Elantra being serviced. Then the finance man couldn't get paperwork figured out. He was not functioning well and I pointed out a mistake he ignore it. That meant paperwork had to be done through the mail delaying out 10 day payout. We made over 12 calls to get everything done. It took 9 hours to get a call back. This was not a fun experience. Car purchased are stressful but this was a 9:30 to 5:15 contract in the making. In fact we were getting ready to bring the Tucson back and reclaim our Elantra. More
