Excellent customer service! Stopped in to get a tow hitch installation fixed on my 2017 Tucson. U-Haul had done the installation and wiring portion was very poorly executed. Jo Stopped in to get a tow hitch installation fixed on my 2017 Tucson. U-Haul had done the installation and wiring portion was very poorly executed. Joshua Driggs and the service center team fixed the issue instead of making me go through the hassle of working with U-Haul again. Additionally, they identified and installed an exhaust part that I did not know was missing. To top it all off, they got the vehicle turned around faster than promised which had a huge benefit to my getting an earlier start on the weekend. I will definitely be bringing my business back here!
