We came in to get an oil change and have a tire repaired and ended up getting additional needed maintenance performed. After the work was completed, the check engine light came on. It was determined that the intake manifold needed to be replaced. Luckily it was covered under Hyundai's ten year, 100,000 mile warranty; we even got a rental car at no cost while the work was being done! Robert was extremely helpful during the entire process, and we will continue to have the Tucson's maintenance work taken care of at Spokane Hyundai! More

However, dealerships have adopted a business model where everything in predetermined; 'our way or the highway'. This is completely unacceptable with used cars where there are infinite variables. When I expressed concerns about the condition of the rig or about the deal, everything was dismissed, swept under the carpet, and/or poorly countered/explained. (There were also 2 things my inspector got wrong but those were not explained to me well so very frustrating until I figured them out myself) Book prices were good when in the dealers favor (lowest book trade-in) but not for retail (purchase price - set using local list prices). I will shop for used cars in the private community from now on. More

Finance Man sucked !!! Did not like finance threating me with Revoking my 10 year 100.000 mile warranty if I did not do the 15 -30 - 60 thousand mile warranty. I Am a retired Master Mechanic and have always done my own service work . My last Hyundai I did all my own service work !!! Those 3 services would go over $1000. I do not need to pay you over $1000 to keep my warranty !!! that is blackmail my friend. I have the wright to take my car to any service out let I chose!!! If this is so I have chosen the wrong dealer, and will take this to the internet, and let all know !!! But the car is fine and the wife likes it !!! If your Finance man has over stepped his authority, you have the wrong man !!! More
