Great Service/Experience Rodney Brown was great to work with. I called him the night before we came in to discuss the vehicle we were interested in and scheduled a test drive Rodney Brown was great to work with. I called him the night before we came in to discuss the vehicle we were interested in and scheduled a test drive with him for the next morning. We came in drove the vehicle and filled out the paperwork to complete the deal. While the finance manager ran the financial information, we left the dealership for a family event then came back later that evening to sign and pickup our vehicle. Lack of service Knew I was coming, made an appointment and they acted as if I had walked in off the street. No planning and made my experience snail slow. Tried to call back financing department and they did not return call. If you want a good price it may be worth the hassle and run around but they aren’t geared up for guest service experience. Cannot recommend for those reasons. More
