The first two purchases were Accents (2003 and 2013). Both were/are reliable and great value for the money. I still own the 2013 and use it as a daily driver. I just purchased a new Kona and we are happy with it. Regarding Spokane Hyundai...this was the singular best car buying experience I've ever had. I was fortunate enough to connect with Heidi La Rue and she was genuinely a treasure to work with. The service guy Jordan was great to deal with. Jordan was great to deal with. He made sure I was always in a vehicle. My engine got replaced but something went wrong with a coolant hose 80 miles af Jordan was great to deal with. He made sure I was always in a vehicle. My engine got replaced but something went wrong with a coolant hose 80 miles after replacement. Jordan for some reason told me the mechanic did not touch the part at the initial start of the cause. He then told me he never stated that. Not sure why he misspoke the first time. But maybe the mechanic misspoke. All in all it was a decent experience. Still not sure if the part was not put on properly or if it was a xxxx part like the 2 engines replaced in this car in less than a year. I would give 5 stars if Jordan would not have misspoke. But now I don't know if I can trust your certified mechanics ever again. Jordan definitely deserves a raise because his customer service. More
