Earning a customers trust and loyalty again. It felt strange when we bought are last car not buying a Hyundai. We were thrilled when I called recently to check on Tires for Life program for our Entourage Van recently and heard about the new Spokane Hyundai. I had called expecting to hear from prior company that sorry sir you haven’t been here in quite sometime and not honor the program, Instead I met Alex. He modeled the customer service we have always valued so much and he asked for us to bring the van in and they would take care of the tires. He explained there goal is customer service and build trust. That’s the relationship customers hope to find these days and it’s rare. My family and I once again have a car company we can bring our friends and family to for years to come. Thanks for all your help Alex, it’s good to be back with Hyundai. Hopeful I have had quite a lot of issues with my car since I have bought it from Larry H. Miller Toyota - new engine put in among other things . Alex Kern has been great, he listens and trys to do the best he can to help the customer (Others I haven't had the same experience). I want to be able to trust my mechanics / dealership and also be able to feel I am a valuable customer - sometimes I feel that Larry H Miller Toyota knew they sold me a car I was going to have to spend a fortune on to fix . I want to be a customer for life , but am having 2nd thoughts. More
