Unauthorized Charge I authorized 1.5 hours work on my Accent and they charged for 3 hours without first calling to confirm payment. 35,000 mile maintenance I needed the 35,000 mile maintenance and one of my remote keys battery was dead. checking out my seat warmer I called the service department to see if the reason my seat warmer was not working could be as simple as a blown fuse. They told me to come on in and I called the service department to see if the reason my seat warmer was not working could be as simple as a blown fuse. They told me to come on in and they would be able to quickly check it out. They did! Unfortunately it was not as simple as a blown fuse. I was then informed it would cost $129.00 for them to check it out but that since I had the extended warranty they would see if it was covered. It would still cost me the $129.00. Needless to say they checked it out, it was covered by warranty, they ordered the part and had it fixed within 72 hours. Great job guys! It was really appreciated. I also got my oil changed and they called to say one of my lights in the back was out and could they change it at the same time. Total cost to me $122. and some cents. Again, thanks guys! More
