After each time, I have left scratching my head wondering what had just happened. Well, this experience was entirely different and when I was done, I felt so great about everything and wasnt stressed or uncomfortable at all during the whole process. Toni was the dealer but calling her a dealer almost seems like an insult. She is incredible and truly cares about the people she is working with. She is not there to make a sale; ultimately she wants to help you in whatever way possible. She will not push you but take all the time you need with her discussing any and all concerns. We went on a really long test drive because we had questions and she really wanted us to he comfortable in our potential future car. She let us test out everything that we needed to and was incredibly patient and caring the whole time. Toni is special and because of her, we will always be grateful. New Santa Fe We went in for the “Big sale” - We had an Azera that we were trading in on a new Santa Fe - I always get the feeling that I’m gonna get hosed - well We went in for the “Big sale” - We had an Azera that we were trading in on a new Santa Fe - I always get the feeling that I’m gonna get hosed - well, I got that feeling when they told me how much I was getting for my car !!! I expect to get hosed when buying a new car - Owning a car is VERY EXPENSIVE !!! And it usually always works to their advantage —- Would have been nice of them to change my remaining oil changes and warranty form the Azera to the Santa Fe — It went as planned - SPENT A LOT OF MONEY !!! More

Awesome You probably won't hear this very often if ever, but I love my dealership. I bought my Hyundai used from another local dealer (Dodge) but have alwa You probably won't hear this very often if ever, but I love my dealership. I bought my Hyundai used from another local dealer (Dodge) but have always taken it back to Hyundai. Every person I've encountered has been so nice and they are knowledgeable. They service exactly what I'm there for and they've never tried to sell services I didn't need. They've always been honest with me about what needs to be done versus what can wait and what is coming up. I've also never been shocked or surprised when I got to the checkout counter. All services I've had done have been reasonable. This last week I went in fit an oil change. But only did they change my oil but they checked the breaks, did an overall inspection and gave me a quote on tires and I was there for 30 minutes tops. So nice not to have to sit there all day on my off. 😊 More
