It is such a pleasant and infrequent experience these days to simply be greeted by name, with a smile, confirm why you are there, ask if you have any other concerns and then follow up on looking into those issues. Robert Storseth, Service Consultant, actually walked me to the waiting area which is a nice clean comfortable space. He returned for me when my car was ready (before the estimated wait time), walked me to the cashier and then escorted me to my car. It was like an auto spa day! More
