Dropped the car off, they told me it would be done at 12:30 and they finished exactly on time. Only downside is my previous dealer was a bit quicker, and offered a free car wash with each service. overall the staff was really friendly, and offered recommendations for a place to get lunch while i waited. To know more about you than how to sell you something that she wants to get off the lot. She puts most sales people I have dealt with when buying a car to shame. I would put her at the top of sales people I have worked with in my career and I myself am a sales professional. She understands the key thing is that people buy from people that they like. She has a great future because of her interpersonal skills and making sure that her customer gets what they need while enjoying the experience and in the process they create trust and a friendship, This likely leads to further business down-the-line.
