Rodney is awesome! My salesman Rodney took good care of me. I left work early and arrived at the fealer around 4pm but it took forever and a day to get into financing a My salesman Rodney took good care of me. I left work early and arrived at the fealer around 4pm but it took forever and a day to get into financing and it was close to closing time by then and I felt really rushed by Shawn and he told me that his system was down and needed me to come by the following day to sign something. When I arrived the next day to sign the last document I was told Shawn no longer works there and they could not figure out what I needed to sign. I think maybe I need to sit down with whoever took Shawn's job and go through the final process one more time to ensure it was done properly. I don't know what do you think. I was also promised new tires on the vehicle and have it in writing as long as Shawn did not mess that up. Could you check on that for me? More
