I didn't like the closing process then - they haven't impressed since. Every call & email has been directed to me, the "man of the house", even though I have communicated to them by email & phone who makes the decisions when it comes to this vehicle. As has my wife. They do not pay attn to detail, they do not build relationships - maybe that's why it's been sold. They will have to lay a Golden Egg before we buy from them again. More
