Quality Service just after owning our 2015 Sonata Hybrid for 3 years this was the second time we had an issue and the warning light came on and the car was inoperable just after owning our 2015 Sonata Hybrid for 3 years this was the second time we had an issue and the warning light came on and the car was inoperable. We had to get a tow from a location that was about 10 miles away from the nearest Hyundai dealer. I spoke with Robert on the phone, told him the issue, He looked up my account, and reminded me I had roadside service. within the next hour he had my car and assured me they would have it looked at and find out what was causing the issue. Robert called me on Monday since we had it towed on a Saturday. He explained the problem, and ordered the part and had it repaired in a few days time. The customer service by Robert and the others at Spokane Hyundai was excellent. I will continue to take my Sonata in for oil changes, tire rotations and other car maintenance required to keep it running perfect. Thank you Robert and Thank you Spokane Hyundai! More

car maintenance good work. multipoint inspection every time. when you think your going in for an oil change, they want you to have this system flushed or that system good work. multipoint inspection every time. when you think your going in for an oil change, they want you to have this system flushed or that system serviced. They just have my car's best interest in mind. I've had my oil changed elsewhere and 3 times it comes back with something broken. Then I have to bring it to Hyundai to fix. Now I have all my services done at Hyundai. They make sure everything in the motor is safe and running. thanks More
Perfect customer service experience I have never experienced customer service like this before. While at the dealership I expressed several problems I was having with my car (small paint I have never experienced customer service like this before. While at the dealership I expressed several problems I was having with my car (small paint issues with my 2018 due to someone hitting me and leaving) and they addressed each issue to the best they could for free when I came in for an oil change. I will always get my car serviced here! More

Pleasure doing business! Ruschard and the entire crew made a typically stressful thing to do a pleasure. We were torn on the make of car we wanted but the relationship this crew worked hard to forge really made the decision much easier. He makes you feel like part of the family as soon as you walk through the door. I have never felt so welcome and at ease at a dealership before. That is why I drive an hour and a half out of my way to see them. Do your self a favor and check them out. More
