Tucson surprise I took my 2011 Tucson to Spokane Hyundai for routine oil change and maintenance. Instead of sitting in the (very comfortable) waiting room I decided t I took my 2011 Tucson to Spokane Hyundai for routine oil change and maintenance. Instead of sitting in the (very comfortable) waiting room I decided to just walk around the lot. I was curious to see the new Kona as well as the 2018 Tucson’s. Mr. Rodney Brown greeted me and I explained what I was doing and he asked if he could tag along! I ended up taking a test drive of the Kona and was impressed enough to sit down with Mr. Brown and see what was possible. While waiting for my car to be checked out and all the financial stuff done, I noticed a 2018 Tucson on their website and asked about it. Mr. Brown (without a frown) took me out on the lot to see it. I sat down in it and that was it! I had almost bought the wrong car! Mr Brown and Jamal and Chris are terrific and patient and went the extra mile to make this happen! And a shoutout to the service guys who got me in on short notice! Mr Brown explained all the new features of this car and told me I could come back anytime I needed help! I could not recommend him and Spokane Hyundai more highly More

Great Service As Usual! Service Adviser Robert seemed to be waiting for me when I dropped off my car for the oil change and tire rotation. I was shocked when he came into th Service Adviser Robert seemed to be waiting for me when I dropped off my car for the oil change and tire rotation. I was shocked when he came into the waiting area to tell me the car was ready, the entire service took less than 30 minutes! It was also very heartwarming to hear that he personally appreciates the mechanic that worked on my car. I did not get his name, but apparently he is the best at oil changes in the entire area. Robert said he felt blessed for that. I also need to mention that I didn't have to pay anything when it was done, the pricing was included in my contract when I purchased the car with you folks! This entire experience truly made my day! Thank you Spokane Hyundai! More

Best customer service out of anyone that I've been too Took my 2014 jeep patriot for my regular service change and an axle replacement.
