Routine Maintenance with a smile I took our Sante Fe in for our periodic service to change the oil and get the tires rotate. Upon arrival I was greeted by the service manager Steve wh I took our Sante Fe in for our periodic service to change the oil and get the tires rotate. Upon arrival I was greeted by the service manager Steve who welcomed me by name and with a smile and hardy handshake. I mentioned I needed to get the alignment checked also and he graciously was able to accommodate. It was out of alignment. Then, while doing the multipoint inspection, the technician found a small leak on the timing belt cover that is covered under warranty. No up sale pressure with our car service that was completed that day on time. I can always trust Spokane Hyundai to honestly evaluate our car and fix only what is necessary. The Sonata was towed to your Dealership, Servive Advisor (Alex Kern) was very personable and treated me with utmost respect. Initially we were concerned that the car would need to be left at your Dealership for an extended period of time, however once diagnosed it was fixed within a few hours. I was driven home and picked up again the same afternoon. Can't say enough about the wonderful service this Dealership displayed. The cost of the work also impressed me as being very reasonable.
