He has a smile on his face and you feel welcome when you pull your car into the garage. I've been to the Kirkland Hyundai service and there was no friendliness or welcoming attitude. Robert has made an impression. It's always the friendly service that makes you want to come back. He always looked out for my best interests too. When I had to get a couple of services for my car, he helped me with discounts as much as possible. They don't try to rip you off. I've also dealt with Ford in Kirkland and they never offered discounts or specials (after the fact that I purchased 3 cars from them too). Thank you Robert. I'll miss you! More

Price was discussed and approved by me before service was performed. Service was performed quickly and to my satisfaction. Cost for same service on 12/15/2016 (less than 2 years ago) was $51 for 1 strut (I had both struts replaced at that time, so my total cost for parts was $102) and $50 for labor (replacing 2 struts). Cost for this service was $83.11 for 1 strut (63% increase) and $59.98 for labor (20% increase). I had a 15% off coupon for this visit, so my total cost to replace 1 strut was $136.76. On 12/15/2016, my total cost to replace 1 strut (no discount) was $101. Even with my discount this visit, my cost increase was 35% in less than 2 years. The cost increase was the only reason I rated this service a 4-star rather than a 5-star. According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, prices for motor vehicle parts and equipment were 0.22% lower in 2018 versus 2016 (a $0.11 difference in value for a part costing $51 in 2016). Fantastic Customer Service! Rodney served as an excellent guide as we picked out our new Hyundai. Conventional wisdom dictates that dealership service departments are overpriced and prone to upselling. I have never found that tho be the case at Spokane Hyundai. I have always been completely satisfied with their excellent service. And employees like Robert Storseth are one of the big reasons that I keep returning. Honest and capable are are the strengths that I look for in servicing my car, and Spokane Hyundai fulfills both of those qualifications admirably. More

While I did get the new guy, the pushy sales guy and then the gentle closer sales guy it wasn't bad. I got what I really wanted, at the price I expected. Paperwork was relatively quick. I did call the day before coming up to let them I know what time I'd be there and was disappointed that they didn't have the car ready for me to go. But overall still a better than expected experience. More
