They made me happy I came in looking for a college car to share with my daughter. We selected a new car in my price range, but after I took it home, I knew I was not go I came in looking for a college car to share with my daughter. We selected a new car in my price range, but after I took it home, I knew I was not going to be happy. I returned to sign some additional documents and asked if there was anything else that met my criteria. Rodney showed me a used car with all of the features I needed and low miles. There was no fuss about changing to a different vehicle and they got me into a car I love for the same price as the new one... I can not be happier with the transaction or the car. Broke down in Spokane We were on a trip going through Spokane when we stopped for an oil change. A lot of sensors had been triggered and could have lead to some serious iss We were on a trip going through Spokane when we stopped for an oil change. A lot of sensors had been triggered and could have lead to some serious issues while driving. Dan, one of the service techs, took the time to fit us in even though they were very busy. It was near closing so he made sure we had a booked hotel. He contacted their driver Kim who was nice enough to get us to the hotel. The next day they had checked everything and quickly sent Kim to pick us up. All was well and we were back on the road. More

Decent Experience The oil change and tire rotation were done quickly. I had to replace both air filters, and I do think the cost was a little high for that.
