We couldn’t have had a better experience at Spokane Hyundai in general, but we were especially grateful that we were able to partner with our salesman We couldn’t have had a better experience at Spokane Hyundai in general, but we were especially grateful that we were able to partner with our salesman, Ruschard. He was extremely accommodating, very friendly and very knowledgeable about everything inside and outside the Hyundai 2015 Santa Fe Sport that we test-drive and then purchased. He answered all of our questions and even took us around to meet all of the staff and crew we’d be working with in the future! We made a great deal and actually enjoyed the experience! More

I HAVE A 2016 HYUNDAI ELANTRA LOVE THIS CAR BEEN TROUBLE FREE SINCE NEW UN WARNING PLEASE READ BEFORE HAVING YOUR HYUNDAI SERVICED AT THIS DEALERSHIP! I HAVE A 2016 HYUNDAI ELANTRA LOVE THIS CAR BEEN TROUBLE FREE SINCE NEW UNTIL NOW. I TRAVEL FOR WORK SO I PUT MASS MILES ON MY CAR I ALSO TAKE VERY GOOD CAR OF IT I CHANGE OIL EVERY THREE THOUSAND MILES AND ALWAYS CHECKING BELTS HOSES ECT. TO MAKE SHUR IT DOESNT NEED SNYTHING I DONT WANT TO BREAK DOWN TRAVELLING IF I CAN PREVENT THAT. SO AT 90,000 MILES I TOOK IT TO SPOKANE VALLEY HYUNDAI DEALERSHIP TO GET A RADIATOR FLUSH AND THEY ALSO RECOMMEND DOING A TRANSMISSION FLUSH AND REPLACEING FRONT BRAKE PADS WHICH SHOULD HAVE BEEN MY FIRST CLUE BECAUSE I ALREADY REPLACED FRONT PADS A FEW MONTHS PRIOR TO THIS MY SELF. I ASKED ARE YOU SHUR ITS THE FRONT PADS THEY SAID YES I ASKED THEM TO CHECK AGAIN THEY CAME BACK SAID THEY WERE WRONG IT WAS THE BACK ONES SO I BOUGHT THE REAR PADS TO PUT ON LATER THAT DAY MY SELF TOTAL BILL FOR TRANSMISSION SERVICE, RADIATOR FLUSH, REAR PADS ALMOST 600.00 DOLLARS WHICH TO ME IS WORTH IT TO HAVE PEOPLE THAT ARE SUPPOSED TO KNOW WHAT THERE DOING WORK ON MY CAR SO I PAID AND LEFT. A FEW DAYS LATER IM OUT ON THE FREEWAY IN CRUISE CONTROL AT 70 I COME TO A HILL AND THE CAR DOWN SHIFTS TO CLIMB THE HILL BUT ITS DIFFRENT THEN EVER BEFORE I GET THIS HARD JERK WHEN IT DOWNSHIFT FROM 6 TO 5 GEAR AND ITS CONTINUED EVER SINCE IVE TAKEN THE CAR BACK TO THEM 5 TIMES THE FIRST TIME HAVING TO PAY ANOTHER FEE FOR THEM TO LOOK AT IT AGAIN SINCE THEY SAY THERES NOTHING WRONG WITH IT AND MADE ME FEEL LIKE IM CRAZY THATS HOW I FEEL THEY TREATED ME SO HERE I AM STUCK WITH THIS HARD JERKING TRANSMISSION JUST WONDING IF THE TRANSMISSION IS GONNA JUST STOP WORKING ON THE NEXT JERK WITH MORE OR LESS A COMPANY NOT TAKING ACCOUNTABILITY FOR THERE MISTAKE WHAT EVER THAT IS IVE HAD MY CAR SINCE BRAND NEW I KNOW IT VERY WELL BEEN SITTING BEHIND THE WHEEL FOR OVER 90,000 MILES WHEN THIS HAPPENED THEY DID SOMETHING WRONG AND THEY JUST WONT OWN UP TO IT. The sales rep assisting me in my new vehicle purchase was quite knowledgeable about the many features about the vehicles I was interested in. I didn't feel pressured to buy a vehicle and was comfortable throughout the process. Things to improve on, the overall car buying process took way too long. I got there at 9am and left at 2pm. In this digital age, it really should take no more than two hours to purchase a vehicle ( from client walking in, test drive, trade in value and delivery). Additionally, the process seem to be a bit un organized pertaining to the constant back and forth of having to negotiate one option at a time and getting my price that I wanted versus a package negotiation. Additionally I found it odd to initial paperwork on the monthly payment before financing was secured. Also this dealer does not have in house financing. The do work with several credit unions and banks in the area and the dealer does it's best to work with you. It would be beneficial if Hyundai did away with their boost up requirement to get additional cash back when a deal is in hand. Also to extend the graduation program from 6 months to 24 months like many other competitors. Overall, I'm happy with the process and would recommend to others. More
