Great deal, great customer service I purchased a used vehicle for a good price here, but within the day, once I was back in Pullman, I had a check engine light come on. My salesman Rus I purchased a used vehicle for a good price here, but within the day, once I was back in Pullman, I had a check engine light come on. My salesman Ruschard was very helpful and it seemed it was maybe gas cap related, he even setup for me to have a loaner while the service department checked the emissions thoroughly since replacing the cap didn’t clear the code. It’s now been another week and it seems it was just gas cap and the code just needed to be manually reset since no light since and they didn’t find an issue. Ruschard and the dealership went above and beyond what was required for me and I would totally recommend them! More
