VERY please with the service I left my car early & explained that I needed to head hime as soon as possible to care for my 2 little Dogs at home & the distance I have to travel. They promised to have it within 1/2 hr of my appt. time, which was great! I received the call that it was ready an hr. before my appt. SO I was not only able to get back home at a reasonable time but was also able to get in to see the Dr. before I left. They could not have done better!! Thank you guys for your help! More

Poor response to making appointment My wife called the service department to have the mud guards installed that we ordered when we bought our new Tucson. She was told on two consecutive My wife called the service department to have the mud guards installed that we ordered when we bought our new Tucson. She was told on two consecutive days that they would get back with her to make the appointment. It didn't happen. My wife does not remember the name of the individuals she talked to. I texted Adam Price to look into the situation. It was after hours and he said he would check into it the following day. The service department got back with us the next day. The mud guards were installed the following day in a half hour. This is the first time I have experienced poor response when making an appointment from this department. I have owned several Hyundai models and have used this service department for years and have always been completely satisfied. I will be coming back in a week or so to have my roof rack installed. I hope to have a better experience. More
