They have done all my vehicle maintenance, recall, and repair work. They have even priced matched me on certain services, but typically there prices are just as good as any other shop. The customer service I receive here is what keeps me coming back. It doesn't matter who is helping me, they make you feel like your VIP and that they care about your vehicle. They never try to up sale me on stuff I don't need. The shop also offers a shuttle that will pick you up and drop you off while they work on your vehicle. 5 Stars for these guys. Been a loyal customer since 2014 and have never had a bad experience with the service department. More

Fast, thorough service I came in for my Elantra 150K service. I was disappointed to learn I needed a new transmission. You found filings in my trany at the 30K. I wonder now if that was a warning to fix it under warranty. At the time, in 2012, the female service writer just said I needed and transmission oil change. My recent experience with Alex was the best service I've had in 5 years. He deserves 5 stars. He explained everything clearly, gave me options, and finished ahead of the stated time. He even explained and recommended new Hyundai products to the extent that I may buy a new one from you. He was quite patient with me.
