This has been an ongoing problem with Blue Link since Nov. 2017. Now if something goes wrong I can access what I need. Thanks to both of you. More

Overall poor products vehicles I bought a used truck and immediately had to have it worked on as there was a major issue with the exhaust. I was then in a rental vehicle for 30 days I bought a used truck and immediately had to have it worked on as there was a major issue with the exhaust. I was then in a rental vehicle for 30 days until this problem was fixed. I had multiple issues with the management team. The service crew were amazing people. The sales staff was great. I then had an aftermarket product put on and the company they went through was shotty at best. My rear view mirror was loose, my bluetooth only runs through a single speaker and doesn't shut the stereo off when a call comes in. Using the aux cord works better then what was installed. Overall my experience was bad, disappointing and I wouldn't recommend going to them for a used vehicle. More

Promises made and kept beautifully. I had asked the service rep to get me in and out as quickly as possible....on a very busy service day. I was so surprised and pleased when my car was I had asked the service rep to get me in and out as quickly as possible....on a very busy service day. I had a detail interior and exterior on my car, alignment, and last an oil change. The process took all day but they informed me that ahead of time and that is to be expected. Like I always said there are two ways, either I can have my car right, or I can have my car now, I just can’t have it right now so I elected to have my car done right. The proof is in the work. My car runs like I just got it from the factory even though it is almost four years old. Would highly recommend Spokane Hyundai dealer. Also I like to give kudos to the new owners of the company for continuing the Larry H Miller way of doing things of customer comes first. In my opinion you can’t go wrong with that. There’s no doubt my next car would be a Hyundai and it will come from Spokane Hyundai. More

Went there 4 different times still not fixed I took my car in for a realignment 4 separate occasions and even left my vehicle 2 different times for a full day each time, still didn't complete the I took my car in for a realignment 4 separate occasions and even left my vehicle 2 different times for a full day each time, still didn't complete the work I was expecting. Also paid for them to get an opal out of my center console, told me it was retrieved I go to my car and it wasn't retrieved. They said they were going to have to charge me more for a more in depth search although the 70$ quote was to remove the opal, leave my car with them for another day and they still didn't retrieve the opal after a more in depth search on top of suppose to realign the car properly. Neither of which is still done. And still had to pay for the services... More
