The car I was in wasn't a good one, and I felt duped by the previous dealership The night I went in to look at cars, I wasn't sure if I wanted to buy. I met with Toni, and she introduced me to a few of her coworkers while she waited for the numbers to come back on what we would be able to work with in my particular situation. She assured me everything would go smoothly, and I had nothing to worry about. She was confident in me getting a lower interest rate, which I was super weary about. I'd been working on building my credit for over a year, and the car they chose for me to try out ended up being amazing! It wasn't what I originally pictured when I first went in, but I was pleasantly surprised, because it was a way better car than I had imagined! It was exactly what I wanted in a car, and more.... And for a great price! The signing process went smoothly, and they didn't overload me with a giant amount of papers to take home. I just got a little jump drive with all my information on it. I didn't feel pressured at all, and I was incredibly happy that they found a way to drop my interest rate from the ridiculous 34% I was paying, to less than 4%! I will definitely be visiting Toni again when I want to upgrade ;) More

A video was made for me to show me all of the details of my Hyundai Tuscon, as well as the dealership, would have driven it all the way to Cheyenne to bring it to me, but I met them halfway in Montana. Every step of the way I was contacted and let known what was going on with paperwork by them. When it came time for extra coverages to be discussed those were explained to me in full detail as well as well as Hyundai finance/lease called and made sure that I was who I said I was which is very important to me.
