I just recently had a bad experience with this dealership. they are not fully transparent and honest about prices. I requested a quote to visualize numbers before heading in person however salesma dealership. they are not fully transparent and honest about prices. I requested a quote to visualize numbers before heading in person however salesman David Availa said management doesn’t generate those they want you in person even tho some other Toyota dealership has provided a quote. I told David that was a poor business practice however he stated this “Manager policy.”That was a red flag to me and did not continue the communication. I do understand the business competition and the market however, transparency and honesty is a big plus to earn business More
The dealer lied and told me the installed LoJack anti theft was for life. No expires in a year. Said the step for the tailgate was automatic it's manual. But my biggest problem is with the license plate. theft was for life. No expires in a year. Said the step for the tailgate was automatic it's manual. But my biggest problem is with the license plate. It has been over 2 months and they have had to send me 2 temp tag extensions because my Plates have not come in. I live in Louisiana and went to my DMV and they have no record of my vehicle registration being sent to them. I have tried to call over and over and when I can get someone to answer the phone they send me to someone who never answers or after it rings for several minutes someone will answer and immediately hang up. I asked to speak to a manager that never answers either. Now to top it off we got a letter from our DMV stating our trade in was still in our name and we had 10 days to provide paperwork of sale or our divers license would be flagged for no insurance. I called the main toyota company and they are looking into it now. More
After paying $199. for oil change & Tire rotation/balance…the tire tech broke my sensor and the feckless service dept quoted me $299. To fix it in less than 24 hrs late for oil change & Tire rotation/balance…the tire tech broke my sensor and the feckless service dept quoted me $299. To fix it in less than 24 hrs later! Said it was coincidental! I have been loyal to this dealer since 2020…and I do not think once they have not caused more damage to my vehicle then when I brought it in…all they do is quote/charge customers outrageous amounts of money and then give you the dead eye when they screw up!!! * 12/3/2022; broke tire sensor * 5/2022; left loud rattle inside dash board when changing cabin filter. * 5/2022; left a dragging piece of under cover to rear of vehicle where it literally dragged till discovered! There’s more…I just don’t have the life left to mention… More

Run away fast! They seem more interest i. Selling the “reconditioning” fee over listed price. Then they install a KAHU/Anti-theft device and try to sell it for ~$800. They refuse to remove or sell without this. Big bait and switch shop. More
May of 2019 I spoke with Calvin and picked out a Camry. After picking out the car, SCT sends you back to talk to another gentleman whose job it is to upsell you on insurance, coverage, and stuff you don't After picking out the car, SCT sends you back to talk to another gentleman whose job it is to upsell you on insurance, coverage, and stuff you don't need to raise the rates. I had my grandmother who had Alzheimer's disease with me. When this gentleman was told no (by me, the contract holder/person paying/vehicle purchaser) he would look at my grandma and tell her how "I needed these to stay safe" and she would get very concerned and try to pressure me into it. I told the man to stop doing this as she is not the contract holder and HAD ALZHEIMER'S. Making it illegal for him to do this. I should have walked out. A couple weeks later I realize they are charging me for insurance. I called and let them know I had coverage and requested their coverage removed and to reduce my rate appropriately. They refused to send me anything in writing but said it was done. Well they never reduced my rate and never removed the coverage. 4 months later I total the car. I call SCT and let them know I want to use their coverage/gap since I've been charged monthly for it. They redirect me to around 10 phones numbers over the course of two months. each rep said to talk to SCT who is ignoring my calls and messages. I called twice a week for 2 months. I finally go to SCT and wait 3 hours just to be told I need to call someone else. Long story short I wound up having to use my own coverage/GAP. I have two months of emails from their GAP program stating that SCT wasn't providing documents in timely fashion. More
My sales and sales manager did a great job but by the time I got my plates they did not transfer my Disable Plates so when I got my plates in I got regular plates. I went to DAV and Tax Office told me I time I got my plates they did not transfer my Disable Plates so when I got my plates in I got regular plates. I went to DAV and Tax Office told me I had to wait another week or two more to even apply for new plates after me running up to Carrollton and back back to the Tax office - DAV said dealer do it all the time don't transfer but sure did charged me for all the tags and fees when all they had to do is transfer it. Gave finance a copy of my Plates but never done. Looks like I'm out of $$$ and gas going back and forth. Not happy at all!!! More
I purchased a new 2019 Sienna with a platinum extended warranty. I brought it back for the covered oil change, and was told that the current owner did not honor that warranty. Not true!! Next the air con warranty. I brought it back for the covered oil change, and was told that the current owner did not honor that warranty. Not true!! Next the air conditioning stopped working. I took it there and they advised that it was a bad hose, and it was covered by the warranty, but to replace the hose required removing the front bumper, and the radar would have to be reprogrammed. Not covered by the warranty, and would be an additional $480!!!!! After multiple calls to the warranty company, Toyota corporate, and the dealership, they finally covered the full bill. The hose was back ordered and it took 3 weeks to get it. They were nice enough to give me a loaner car, but when they completed the repair, they called and said that the battery needed replacing!! Only $207!! I advised that I would replace the battery myself. When I arrived to pick up the van it was filthy from being parked under a cypress tree for 3 weeks. They jump started the van, and said to replace the battery ASAP. I drove the van 20 miles to work, opened the hood to find that the terminals were badly corroded. I cleaned them and have not had a problem since. Totally unacceptable service. More
