Never heard back from y'all and regards to my plates I came up there and talked to a general sales manager named Jill said he was going to take care of it and I still haven't heard nothing a phone call or email I've already went and took care of the getting the plates myself so I guess y'all got me on that one

Dear Mr. Loth, Thank you for your response. I suspect this is a "canned" reply, but it at least shows that you are listening. Your shop was the best Toyota service department in the Dallas area before the change in management. I'm afraid that your efforts to regain my confidence will have to go further than this reply. Please advise management that not honoring warranties (until extreme pressure was brought about), and poor customer service is not a good business practice.

This is the exact same answer you gave me elsewhere. Thanks for not putting any effort into helping me. Also, you didn't even read the post. You CANCELLED my "lifetime" oil service stating it was because of new ownership. I will continue to let everyone I know about my experience with Sport City Toyota.
